Questions, corrections, or feedback?

Send us a message about the ClaimCat website, an incorrect listing, accessibility, or a general inquiry.

Contact the right place

ClaimCat cannot help with individual claims.

ClaimCat cannot check the status of a claim, change a submitted claim, explain why a claim was rejected, or tell you when a payment will arrive. Contact the settlement administrator through the official settlement website for those questions.

ClaimCat and settlement administrators are entirely separate organizations. ClaimCat is a settlement directory — it does not operate claim portals, process claim forms, or have access to administrator systems. For more on how the site works, see How It Works and the disclaimer.

Before sending a message

ClaimCat can review reports about its own listings and website. It cannot access administrator systems, cannot evaluate individual claim files, and cannot forward personal claim documents to any administrator.

  • When reporting a specific listing, include the ClaimCat listing URL so the right entry can be located quickly.
  • Complete, non-sensitive context makes it easier to identify and investigate the issue.
  • For listing corrections, an authoritative source such as the official settlement website or a court notice is helpful.

Do not include sensitive information.

Do not include Social Security numbers, claim numbers, confirmation numbers, medical records, receipts, banking information, passwords, account credentials, or other sensitive claimant information.
